I want you to return the worst full amount. I stayed for three nights, but there was a tick in a bed, and the whole body was stuck. I was buying insurance from Japan, so it was well-informed about a hospital and is a hospital visit after I return home. "Wait a moment until 23:00 even if the correspondence of a reception is also worst and I'll ask you to put air-conditioning.", you didn't put it. I asked staff to put it because it had passed since I stood it for two hours at time. Why is it hot? Shouldn't the window be opened! You said so and didn't put it. She thought a head was strange not to turn on the air-conditioner for a guest though she was in the effective cool room of an air conditioner. When I go to a kitchen early in the morning, why is she so early? I was telling to 最悪でした、全額返してほしいです。 三泊しましたがベットにダニがいて全身刺されました。日本から保険に入っていったので病院に通いましたし、帰国してからも病院通いです。 レセプションの対応も最悪で、冷房つけて下さいとお願いしても、23時まで待てとつけてくれませんでした。二時間我慢して、時間になったからつけてほしいとお願いしにいってもなぜ暑いのか？窓をあげれば涼しいじゃないかと言われなかなか素直につけてもらえませんでした。自分はエアコンの効いた涼しい部屋にいるのに何を言っているんだと思いました。 早朝にキッチンに行くとなぜこんなに早い？掃除をしてるから出て行けと言われました。24時間使えるキッチンなので行ったら出て行けと言われ、それでも早朝にアクロポリスに行きたかったので、訳を話してもお願いしても掃除が終わるまで入れてくれませんでした。食事を用意するおばさんがきてこんな時間に掃除してるなんておかしいと怒られた彼女は逃げて行きました。やはりこんな早朝に掃除をするのはおかしかったのだと理解しました。 その食事を用意するおばさんも変わっていて、宿泊者が食べるところを見張っていました。食べこぼしたり、気に食わないことがあるといちいち文句を言われ食べた気がしませんでした。 こんなにも酷いホステルは初めてで本当に辛かったです。 シャワー室は狭いし、ダニはいるし、エアコンはつけてくれないし、レセプションのスタッフは最悪だし、もし分かっていれば絶対にここには泊まらなかったです！少し高くても他のところに泊まっていました！ 何十箇所もホステルに泊まりましたが一番最悪です。 ##### JAPAN Séjour de 3 nuits en août 2018 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Lauren 5 juill. 2018 Points forts : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre #### Amazing Location, but Small Shower Amazing location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed in a mixed dorm room. There were lockers (big enough to fit a small bag). They provided sheets and towels. It's a busy area of town, so it's a bit noisy at night, but this didn't bother me. The only major downside was the washrooms. They were in the shared room itself and super tiny. There was barely enough room in the stall for me to change my clothes. The floor was very wet and I didn't want to get a shower (not much room to put your clothes to change into afterwards). Besides the bathroom though, it was good! The area was perfect. The only downside was the washrooms. The washroom was right in the shared dorm, and the stalls were so tiny it was difficult to change clothes. I didn’t even attempt to get a shower. I haven’t stayed at many hostels though, so maybe this is normal (but the ones I stayed at in Japan had washrooms in the hallways which I liked better.) Around ten min walk from Syntagma bus stop. Grotty building in a badly lit street and not very well signed. Check in check out ok. Bathroom facilities horrible but dorm ok and lockers modern. Downside is the noise from the pubs all around the building. . This hostel is practically surrounded by music blaring pubs..but if you go to bed at 2ish am (not sure about Saturday)... It will be silence by then. Shower is small with only a shower curtain over for mixed gender usage and no lock in toilet cubicle.. someone can just open the shower curtain and toilet door while you are in it. I was so glad that i only stayed 1 night.
