Host was very communiative and responsive all the time answering questions and willing to help always. Place was very clean and beautiful. It was very modern and well equipped with all the amenities as advertised. Bonus was the nice patio area. The only thing I can suggest are lights on the stairway going down to the basement. Its dark and lights only come on once you reach the basement.

This was a perfect spot from which to explore Athens. A very comfortable well equipped suite with a lovely terrace. Our host was very supportive. We highly recommend this location.

Property met expectations. Centrally located tour downtown Athens. Property was comfortable. Yiannis was pleasant and responsive to inquires. Would probably be more impressive in warmer weather for use of the patio.

As a newcomer to Athens I loved that 5G internet is available everywhere, much like the hills, and that the gnats don’t bite! Much different than my past experiences, it was a pleasure to walk Athens with an easy layout and simple but congested traffic. I loved the apartment location with its local shops worthy of high praise, of which Pure and Athens Bakery were favorites. So quiet and remote feeling but in a superb location!

A hidden gem in the heart of central Athens

This place is central to everything—tourist spots, metro station, great bakery shops, stores (including high-end shops), and great restaurants! Our host Yiannis was second to none, the best host ever. He always responded timely to any issues or concerns. He also assisted us with our itinerary. The place had everything we needed—nice-sized kitchen with wares, washing machine, toiletries, etc.! This is a great place overall.

Amazing location - we just walked everywhere to the main spots in Athens from this place. Good cafes just outside too. This is a lower ground apartment in quite an old building, so a few things to keep in mind: - the apartment is quite new and modern, quite spacious too with an outdoors area - we had to open the windows due to the smell of damp and lack of ventilation. This was a problem because a lot of mosquitoes came in and the bathroom always smelled whenever we came back - on the first night, we woke up with a loud sound that was coming from the drains and toilet. We kept hearing this and got used to it but keep it mind. Apart from that, the area is really quiet - the host was very responsive whenever we needed answers. Although some of them could’ve come more upfront (like what floor the apartment is in or the checkout instructions). I recommend this place for the price and location. The dampness and smell can get used to in a few minutes but they’re there and they won’t run your trip.

Me encanto absolutamente todo de este apartamento. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de los sitios de interés pero en una zona que, si bien es tranquila y no tan turística, tiene locales de todo lo que puedas llegar a necesitar. El apartamento es hermoso y súper equipado, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, vajilla y utensilios de cocina de buena calidad, lavarropas, plancha y hasta una cafetera De’Longhi. La cama es extremadamente cómoda y el departamento es muy silencioso y se oscurece completamente. Creo que nunca dormí tan bien fuera de casa! La terraza es hermosa, la utilizamos todos los días para desayunar y descansar. La señal de wifi es muy buena, trabajo remoto y nunca tuve ningún problema. Además el apartamento cuenta con un espacio de trabajo muy amplio y cómodo. Aparte de todo esto, lo que quisiera destacar es la comunicación con Yannis, fue súper atento y predispuesto a ayudarnos y asegurarse que tuviéramos una estadía excelente, incluso brindándonos recomendaciones sobre sitios donde ir a comer. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y me volvería a quedar aquí cuando vuelva a Atenas.
