The Space:

The loft opens into a large open-plan living area where the seating, dining space, and kitchen come together in one continuous layout. Natural light moves through the space during the day, and the fireplace adds a sense of comfort in the evenings, making it a place where you can settle in easily, whether you’re spending time indoors or preparing for the day ahead.



The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, with everything you need to cook and dine at your own pace. It connects directly with the dining area, keeping the space practical and easy to move through, whether you’re cooking, eating, or spending time together.



There are two separate bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a large double bed and a calm setting for rest, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space, allowing the loft to comfortably host different group sizes.



The bathroom includes a bathtub with a hydromassage feature, offering a more relaxed way to unwind, along with all the necessary essentials in a clean and functional layout.



The terrace opens onto views of the garden and surrounding neighborhood, giving you space to sit, dine, or spend time outside throughout the day. The balconies continue that same outlook, with greenery around you and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to stay outdoors.

Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire loft, including the terrace and balconies, and you can also enjoy the common garden. The property is located on the second floor, accessed via an external staircase.



The Neighborhood:

Leontari is part of the Pallini area in East Attica, just outside Athens. The neighborhood is residential, with houses, gardens, and quiet streets that give you a sense of space and privacy. It suits you if you want a calm base while staying close enough to reach the city, the airport, and the coast without difficulty. Everything you need is just a short walk away, from restaurants and cafés to supermarkets and local shops.



The eastern Attica coastline is within easy reach. Artemida Beach is about 15 km away, while Rafina, around 16 km away, combines beaches like Marikes with a small port town atmosphere. Further along, Porto Rafti at roughly 25 km offers spots like Erotospilia Beach, along with a mix of more organized areas and quieter coves.



The MEC exhibition center is about 2 km away, while the Metropolitan Expo, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, and Attica Zoological Park can all be reached within a 10-15 minute drive.



Nature is close by as well. Mount Hymettus, around 20 km away, offers trails and viewpoints where you can walk and take in wide views over Athens and the surrounding landscape. The Paiania-Kantza metro and suburban rail station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment, while several bus stops can be reached within roughly 10 minutes on foot. A car is recommended, as it allows you to move easily between the apartment, the coast, and the city.
