Just a 5-minute walk from the sea, Villa TEAS offers plenty of space and comfort for a family and/or a group of friends looking to spend their days in a warm, modern, and welcoming home on the Athenian Riviera. The loft features a master bedroom with queen bed, a private sitting area and a fireplace. On the first floor, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, two bedrooms with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The basement apartment features a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a shower, an office area, and a living area with a sofa bed that can easily be converted into another double bed for additional guests.

The house features a dining area open to the kitchen and the main living room on the ground floor, as well as a fireplace, a WC, and a large patio/veranda with access to the private garden. The garden is beautifully landscaped and features a private pool for our guests.
