### Metro Acropolis, 117sq.m. luxury 3BDR, SuperViewAthens

Located in the historic heart of Athens, 180m from Acropolis Metro station, this luxurious residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With its prime location, just 450m walk to Acropolis entrance and 350m to Plaka area, you'll have easy access to all that this town has to offer. SuperViewAthens is a spacious and modern 117sq.m. home, designed for comfort, privacy, and style. It provides the best possible service for an enjoyable visit of 6 guests. The apartment was totally renovated on September 2025 with decoration and luxury furniture selected with style and care. It consists of 3 large bedrooms, a separate living room, a spacious kitchen and a dining area for 6, a dedicated office, two separate bathrooms, and two scenic balconies overlooking the Temple of Olympian Zeus, 3 mountains (Imittos, Parnitha, Penteli), Lycabetus hill, and Arch of Hadrian. Amenities include fully privately adjustable air condition in each bedroom and the living room, high-speed wi-fi, 4 Samsung smart TVs (one in each bedroom - and a 65” with sound-bar and woofer on the living room (Netflix and cable for international channels (NBA games, CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Sky News, BBC, Euro League, Champions League etc. - on all TV sets). The heating is autonomous in the apartment and is adjusted according to your preference via the digital thermostat. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers embedded refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, as well as blender, toaster, French-coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, air fryer, electric juicer, electric mixer etc. There is also a washing machine and clothe dryer, as well as two professional hair dryers and two hair straighteners. Bedroom "1" and Bedroom "2" each have either a double king size bed (1,80m very wide) or a twin bed configuration, according to your needs. Bedroom "3" has a 2m ultra wide king size bed. On either side of all the beds there are 3 sockets (1 European, 1 USA, 1 USB-C). All 3 bedrooms and the common areas have 6 double large balcony doors with electronically adjustable blinds and mosquito nets. Two large mini safes are provided, wide enough for laptops. The building has two elevators. In front of the apartment, 2 major bus stops of all Hop-on Hop-off routes are located (No. 2 - Plaka & South Entrance Acropolis, No. 5 - Temple of Zeus). There are 2 options for parking nearby. A private parking garage at 250m distance (open 7/24/365 costing 10-20 euro), a private parking lot at 20m distance (open 8am-6pm Mon/Fri costing 10 euro). Free public parking on the neighborhood is available, also. Your dedicated host is on call 24/7 for any assistance required and will greet you upon arrival. All other times you will enter the apartment via ultra modern electronic lock, both on the 4th floor apartment's entrance as well as on the building's main entrance.
