Its proximity to the center of Glyfada is ideal as it allows for you to enjoy shopping and entertainment without the hustle and buzz of the center and easy access to the beach, only 1,3 km away. Easy access to all transportation from / to airport and also to Athens center with a bus, tram or the nearby metro (3,7km). The space It accommodates a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate one extra guest and a work desk, a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs and a bathroom with a bathtub. Enjoy the view of the lush, green garden from the balcony. Ours is the one on the left. Enter the password and remove the keys. Close the Key box door and shuffle the numbers of the code. Take the elevator up to the 1st floor (please note that the building has 2 mezzanine levels between the ground floor and the 1st floor, so it may get confusing if you take the stairs). Exit the elevator and follow the left passageway. Glyfada Central is the 1st door on the right. The door bell says VKbnb or MITZAS. Enter the apartment and insert the electricity card attached to the keys, in the slot on the right of the entrance. During your Stay For HOT WATER please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position marked Hot Water. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again. Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided. The tap water is drinkable. Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling. Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment. Aug 1, 2023 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Not as advertised and unbelievably dirty with mould on bathroom ceiling, constant leak from bathroom Save your money and don’t stay here. Arrived to building and easily found lockbox. It was a little bit difficult to find unit as it is not numbered or identified. Once entering we walked around to find the apartment filthy. We contacted the owner to have this rectified and we didn’t get a response right away like stated in the ad we waited well over 24hrs to even receive a response. Then we started finding more and more issues with the apartment, we came here for a wedding and needed to use the iron and ironing board to have our wedding clothes ironed to come find out the ironing board broken, we once again emailed the owner and were told we don’t know how to use the ironing board, which was not the case at all because the ironing board was in a million pieces. We then have noticed a significant amount of mold in the bathroom which is a HUGE health concern, we once again messaged the owner and were told this is news to them, which again was not they just did not want to acknowledge, but then we were offered some sort of compensation afterwards, which is not even close to what we have paid for.
