First, the rooms are incredibly affordable for the location. When you actually visit, the staff are extremely kind and friendly, and they handle things properly. While there isn't always someone at the front desk, the phone number is clearly listed, and if you call, they respond immediately. If you're not expecting hotel-level service but rather renting a room in an apartment, these conditions are perfect. The rooms are old but clean, and the beds are comfortable. My room is a two-bedroom unit and very spacious. They clean the room perfectly every day. Hot water works fine too. For this price, renting a spacious apartment unit is a great deal. If you're not looking for hotel-style service but rather a reasonably priced, relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this place. The building felt abandoned, the bar and swimming seemed unusable, there was scaffolding above the pool. Our room was well equipped but the bathroom floor was flooded and we generally felt uncomfortable. The hotel needs a major overhaul. The pillows and the beds could be upgraded. The shower door would not close and it was falling apart. I found hair on the bed, on the floor and in the bathroom. The lighting could be improved (New and better light bulbs).
