  • Located in a well-preserved 1952 apartment building in the historic center of Athens, this unique residence was fully renovated in 2025 with deep respect for its original character. We preserved the original flooring, the kitchen with its marble sink and countertop, as well as the elegant interior doors - honoring the aesthetics of a bygone era. At the same time, we created two modern bathrooms and a WC and carried out all necessary upgrades to ensure full functionality and comfort.
