The air conditioner in the living room was broken and the humidity inside made it hard to breathe. The building has a nasty sewer smell especially on the underground floor. The area is also infested with cockroaches. We contacted vrbo support for a solution because my family has asthma and even provided proof from my doctor to vrbo which led to extremely poor communication from vrbo for 10 days. I would constantly get transferred to different agents and would be sent to call a number over and over again, get emails telling me to call more numbers, and was a complete mess.
