The staff was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was abundant with a wide variety of options. Bar downstairs was not available but the rooftop lounge is another option. Front desk staff was very accommodating. We would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for one night after returning from Santorini. The room is spacious however, the bathroom was dirty with lots of hair on the ground. It was late so all cleaning staff were gone. I wasn’t even offered a broom or dustpan to sweep. I was offered a different room but it was late and I had stuff everywhere. The picture of the balcony is deceiving! You face an alley with a building that needs to be repaired. I asked for a credit for my troubles and not one person from the hotel has contacted me! This was two weeks ago! I will never stay here again! I booked a room for someone else that just left today. I can’t wait to hear how their stay was. The hotel is convenient to the flea market, shopping, and good restaurants. Also, if you’re VIP Expedia, the bottle of wine is a lie! I had to ask about it because it wasn’t offered. I was offered a glass of wine or beer. I took a soda instead.

We didn't have hot water for 2 days, the problem wasn't fix in the 3rd night we moved to another room which was noisy but with hot water. Location and breakfast is good
