A custombuilt house by Sumitomo Forestry fully renovated in November 2021 Sagami Bay and Hatsushima Island can be viewed from every room of the house with high ceilings and an open feeling You can also watch the Atami Marine Fireworks Festival This is a stylish rental villa that you can rent out entirely with a Japanesestyle garden that lets you feel the four seasons   
  
Surrounded by the sea and lush greenery you can relax and look at the sea after a bath and spend a pleasant time as if you were staying at a hot spring inn   
The high ceilings and open feeling of a mansion make you feel relaxed   
  
The source is Usami Onsen a slightly yellow transparent odorless chloride hot spring   
The Towada stone and cypress bath the luxurious bathroom with granite and tiles and the sea view jumps in from the window Two people can stay comfortably

レビュー書かせていただきます。 期待以上でした。熱海の花火が見えるとありましたのですが、どうせ遠くだろうと思っていましたが、家族でバルコニーでしっかりとみられる距離だったのはとても嬉しかったです。 また朝日が登るのもとても綺麗で、とても満足いたしました。 立地は車で行かないとかなり厳しく、車で行っても山道に慣れてないと怖いですが、これだけのロケーションを求めるなら当然かなと思います。 買い出しは近くのマックスバリューに行きがちですが、伊東のドンキの方が全然いいと思います。 コロナ禍で貸別荘をメインに旅行してますが、コスパも考えるとかなりの上位にランクインです。 お風呂が温泉が出るのも良く、何回も入りました！
