Medina6 nights3.0 star property7.4/10 - Good (20 reviews)"The staff was good even if there was some difficulty to communicate(French to French). Room was okay, beds were not the most comfortable. Bathroom was discussing, the kitchen walls was white with black stains and the water from the shower was going all over the bathroom. We were not able to get toilet paper from the staff. It would be nice if the pool on the roof was having water in it. Medina6 nights4.5 star property6.0/10 - (2 reviews)"What the website advertised and what the hotel offered were two VERY different scenarios. We arrived at the hotel and waited 25 minutes to be checked in, the employee just disappeared. When making arrangements to be picked up at the airport, they forgot to mention the taxi drops you off and it’s a 20 minute walk to the front door. They advertised breakfast from 4AM to 11AM, it was from 8-10 so we missed it most days due to excursions. The hotel was totally understaffed. I NEVER expect..."Reviewed April 24, 2025Roundtrip • Toronto (YYZ) - Marrakech (RAK)YYZ - RAK • 2 stops RAK - YYZ • 2 stops - Riad Rêve De Samir

"Gros problème d eau pour prendre une douche, riad très mal indiqué, l entrée du riad était sale avec de nombreux chats errants."
"We initially came to riad lazord and booked through Expedia a room, when we got there we had to wait like 30 min for someone to open the door. Then we got our room which was not the one we asked for, it was extremely small. When I saw the bathroom of the room I almost fell, it was totally full of humidity, the shower right next to the toilet all in one small small space, the walls where falling. That definitely not a place for someone to stay. After complaining the girl was kind enough and she...
