Bright three-room apartment with living room oriented to the south and splendid views of the Vallassina, heating and recently renovated. Ideal for families with children, even small or couples, it has 6 beds. Center of gravity compared to Como-Lecco-Bellagio is great as a base for the discovery of Lake Como (Lario) and its surroundings. Entirely paved with light wood parquet flooring (except kitchen and bathroom), the apartment is nestled in the quiet Vallassina and offers spectacular views of the mountains and neighboring cities. Warm in winter and cool in summer is ideal for nature lovers of the Larian Triangle. Supermarket and other services are available at Ace and Canzo and in the towns of the valley. Private parking and garage on request. The apartment is located in a small fraction of Ace called Pagnano. Guests will have the entire three-room apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer and coffee-cappuccino with capsules provided. In the kitchen there is a table with four seats and a high chair on request for small children. The large living room with stunning views of the valley is equipped with a single sofa bed, ottoman bed, TV system, stereo system with CD player (possibility of connecting mobile phones / tablets / mp3 players) and table with 6 seats. The main room consists of double bed, baby crib with safety rails and a large wardrobe 5 doors with drawers. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed that turns into bed on occasion. The bathroom has a toilet, a bidet, and a bathtub with a shower and a heated towel radiator. The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the train station that connects Canzo-Asso to Milan and Como via a bus service. With independent means (car or bike) you can reach gorgeous lake sites in an average of 30 minutes. The area is also ideal for cycling enthusiasts to the presence of the "legendary" courses such as the wall or the pace of Sormano Ghisallo. In the vicinity of Mount St. First there are many paths to mountain bike and a down-hill park in addition to countless hiking trails. It 's also a fascinating adventure park for the more adventurous. The property has a view of Asso that's amazing. The location is on a hillside outside of the town center which means it is easily accessible and it also has ample free parking which is a premium.
