Ashwaubenon Vacation Packages

The room didn't look at all like what was advertised. We purchased a King room, and were put in a King ADA room, which had not been remodeled. The wheel in tile shower had molded grout, there were cracked floor tile and uneven floors in the bathroom. One bathroom light didn't work at all. The room door didn't lock. We had to shoulder push in the door and lift it to get it to lock. No one on site to look at it or fix it....Just the front desk agent. She took our number and said she would have the manager call, but we never received a call back. They were sold out and no other rooms to move us into. The breakfast area looked new. How this has such great reviews is beyond me. We traveled with another couple, they also got stuck in a room yet to be updated. Pictures online are not what we had. Very disappointed.

First class hotel. Stylish comfortable rooms. Outstanding bathrooms. Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Stay couldn’t have been better. Tavern in the Sky was great. Spent three nights up there before turning in. The patio was a great place to unwind with a drink. Great cheese curds.

Don't get the rooms by the pool they have a funky smell they switched us though and it was clean and nice family friendly

Property was nice. We had a coffee left in our fridge from the last guests. Dirt in the corners and a small bug crawled across the floor.
