I would like my money back. This place was NOT worthy of the money I paid into it. Although the location is great, it was NOT enough to warrant an enjoyable stay. What I witnessed was a complete VIOLATION of sanitary health codes in rentals per the requirements of City regs and I will be following up with the proper authorities to have this property reported and cited. I will NOT proceed with reporting this owner's UN-ethical and IR-responsible business practices if my full price of my stay is credited and refunded back to me. It’s the perfect place - great back yard that is safely fenced and gated, and a “lived-in” feel to the house that makes it a very relaxing place to stay.
