One Suite is a modern and comfortable loft in villa with high quality interior and a  
panoramic view on the sea and the little village of Ascea. This is the better solution for people who  
love calm, comfort and the independence that an house could give. The apartment is in a  
residential zone of Ascea Marina and it’s distant 950 mt to the beautiful beach and sea,  
recognised “Bandiera blu”, and 2 km to the famous archaeological area of Elea-Velia, Unesco  
heritage.
