Seafront house recently renovated and finely furnished, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, baby bed, large kitchen, garden, barbecue, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, hot outdoor shower!

Sea front (just cross the road), surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the Gulf of Arzachena a few km from Palau (ferry departure to explore the Maddalena and Caprera), a few km from Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. The area is quiet, well served as transport, shops and services and is the only one on the Costa Smeralda with a new fantastic seafront cycle path!

#### A nice house in a great location
The house is ideally positioned for easy access to restaurants and a small beach, and it has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Nicola was always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. We hope to book this house again next year.

Great little place, with sea view. We stayed here end of October. Downstairs double bed is comfortably firm, a large bed and a quiet room. Mezzanine room upstairs is separated from living area below by a curtain. One mattress upstairs, was less comfortable, but luckily we only needed to use one of them. Plenty of blankets to us as it was cold at night. Kitchen is well equipped, we found not having an oven was ok as we ate out a lot. Location is ideal, 20 minutes walk along the seafront, to main area with restaurants. Recommend this super place.

#### Schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben uns während dem Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super und die Geschäfte und Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es in der Küche allerdings keinen Backofen, dafür im Garten einen schönen Grillbereich. Das Doppelbett im Erdgeschoss ist etwas unbequem, woran man sich aber nach ein paar Nächten gewöhnen kann. Etwas enttäuschend war das in dem Inserat genannte WLAN. Wer Wert darauf legt, sollte sich hier nicht zu viel erhoffen. Die Verbindung war leider sehr schlecht und instabil, weshalb dieses kaum genutzt werden konnte.

Très belle maison parfaitement placée pour profiter de la plage et proche de Cannigione. Tout peut se faire à pied. Le logement est d'une propreté impeccable et bien équipé. Seul bémol, bien demander et clarifier les instructions d'arrivée du séjour pour éviter les incompréhensions

Die Lag der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Straße zwischen Wohnung und Meer ist verkehrsberuhigt. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Durch den Kontakt über WhatsApp und Google Übersetzer konnten wir sehr Gut kommunizieren mit dem Vermieter und bekamen immer zeitnah eine Rückmeldung! Was weniger erfreulich war ist die Kommunikation mit FeWo. Die Zahlung mit unserer Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. die Hilfestellung von FeWo hat nicht zum Ziel geführt. Wir wollten drei Wochen vor Anreise eine genaue Adresse mit Ort und Straße. Die Koordinaten die wir von FeWo bekommen haben konnten wir nicht ins Navi eingeben. Ich möchte noch anmerken. dass wir uns mit den "neuen Medien" nicht immer leicht tun, da wir im Fortgeschrittenen Alter sind.

#### Sehr sauber
Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war angenehm und ansich zu empfehlen. Es gab auf jeder Etage eine Klimaanlage, was sehr praktisch war. Ein wenig enttäuschend war die Ausstattung der Küche, alles durcheinander. Bei einer Selbstverpflegerunterkunft hätten wir uns Eierbecher, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine gewünscht (bzw die Info, welche Kapseln in die Kapselmaschine gehören). Schade war, das es ausschließlich italienisches TV gibt (an regnerischen Tagen ist TV hilfreich). Der Aussenbereich könnte besser ausgestattet und gepflegt sein, der Tisch war defekt, zwei Stühle ebenfalls, zwei platzierte Rattenfallen waren nicht so schön anzusehen. Unsere zwei Kontaktpersonen sprachen beide ausschließlich italienisch, das macht eine Kommunikation leicht schwierig. Das alles soll nicht zu negativ klingen, da wir uns in der Unterkunft, die sehr sauber war, sehr wohl gefühlt haben

Ideal zum Erholen. Die späte Anreise war kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per WhatsApp in englisch total unkomliziert. Alles da was man braucht. 15 min zu Fuß nach Cannigione auf der Strasse ohne störende Autos. 5 min zum Strand nach La Colonia oder Baden direkt vor der Tür.

#### Sehr sehr gut und immer gerne wieder
Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin super.Bei Fragen bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Antwort oder Hilfe. Kurze Wege zu den schönsten Stränden Sardiniens. Wir würden dieses Haus nocheinmal für unseren Urlaub buchen und es aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.

#### Belle maison bord de mer
Tres jolie maison au bord de mer, tres bien équipée. L acces à la mer est à 2 minutes à pied. La vue de la maison est superbe, 10mn à 15mn à pied des commerces. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

#### Ideale, ruhige Lage direkt am Meer
Schönes Haus mit Garten direkt am Meer, nur durch eine verkehrsberuhigte Straße vom kleinen Strand getrennt. Garten sehr gepflegt mit genug Schattenplätzen, Liegen und Gartenstühlen und sogar einer Außendusche. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist schon etwas älter, aber voll funktionsfähig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert per Whattsapp. Wir würden das Haus in guter Lage bei Cannigione jederzeit wieder buchen!

#### Super erholsame 7 Tage
Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in schöner Lage. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist kaum befahren da es sich um eine Einbahnstrasse handelt. Der Sandstrand ist fußläufig in ca.2-3 Minuten zu erreichen, ein Kiesstrand liegt unmittelbar am Haus, nur durch die SP13 getrennt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
