Non è un hotel 4 stelle S, il personale non esiste , solo quello della sala colazione è disponibile e gentile. Il venerdì sera davanti all’hotel un bar tiene la musica altissima fino alle 3 e se chiami in reception per chiedere di fargliela spegnere rispondono che non è compito loro e che se hai bisogno di chiamarti da solo i carabinieri. Le stanze sono sufficientemente pulire ma non bene come dovrebbe essere in un 4 stelle S. Le stanze sono così basiche che sono al limite dello squallido. Per chi è abituato ad andare nei veri 4 stelle S / 5 sconsiglio vivamente di andare perché al massimo gli do 3 stelle. Non torneremo di sicuro.

Wifi in hotel only at reception but poor quality breakfast disappointing coffee is poor for Italy.the biggest problem is that having booked a hotel with a pool through Expedia we were dismayed to find we had to pay a compulsory extra charge to use the facilities this wasn't made clear upon booking only that local charges would be applied had we had known that 140 euros would be taken for a family of four plus 4 euros for swimming hats we may have booked somewhere else .the gym is shut Saturday and Sunday and doesn't open until 10 am if I want to use a gym I like to before breakfast not after especially when paying extra for the privilege the picture used to sell the hotel is of the swimming pool so to have to pay extra is poor

#### Nice stay, but not totally happy
Nice hotel, short distance to the port, resturants and the beach. When I booked the room, I was not informed that the hotel would charge me 7 Euro per person per day for access to the pool - even if I had no intention to use it. I forgot 2 shorts in the hotel room when I checked out - my bad - called and sent an email the next day.. They did not respond to my email, and when I called a couple of days later they claimed houskeeping never found my clothes (this is of course not correct since I know they were there...) Honesty is better - inform up front about additional charges and at least say that my shorts had been thrown away when found.

#### Ikke et 4-stjerners hotell.
Absolutt ikke et 4 stjernes hotell. Ingen WIFI på rommet, det fungerer kun i enkelte området i resepjonen, og da men ekstremt dårlig hastighet. Vi fikk først et rom med defekt aircondition. Så det var 30 grader på rommet i verdens hardeste seng. De hadde selvsagt ikke noen rom tilgjengelig og vi måtte ligge der 1 natt til det kom en vaktmester som påsto at det fungerte... Måtte krangle en stund før vi fikk et nytt rom med funksjonelt aircondition. Det var mye bedre, selv om rommet størrelse ble nedgradert. De ansatte er ekstremt overarbeidet og dette går ut over servicen. Bildene lyver, anbefaler ingen dette hotellet med mindre alternativet er et 3 stjerners hotel.

#### kein 4 sterne hotel
Bei der ankunft mussten wir 140 euro für eine clubcard bezahlen für services im hotel (wir wissen immernoch nicht um was es genau geht). das personal, besonders eine frau an der rezeption ist sehr unkompetent und unfreundlich. das zimmer wird nicht gut gereingt, da die putzequipe über kein staubsauger verfügt. genau vis a vis vom hotel befindet sich eine bar. die allerdings nicht nur eine bar ist sondern eher ein pub. bis früh morgens läuft sehr laute musik. das frühstück ist ok. im speiselsaal stinkt es aber morgens noch nach fisch vom vorabend. für die sauna muss man 16 euro bezahlen. das internet läuft nur in der lobby und nur 6 stunden insgesamt. für weitere stunden muss man bezahlen. absolut kein 4 stern hotel.

#### Pagamento obbligatorio di servizi non usufruibili
Pessimo il fatto che al fare il check-in dopo le 19.00, con il check-out presto al mattino successivo mi è stato richiesto il pagamento obbligatorio della tessera club per l'uso della piscina, la quale chiude alle 19, quindi era impossibile usufruire del servizio, alla mia contestazione nel momento della prenotazione e nel momento del check-out i ragazzi della reception non hanno fatto niente per sistemarlo "è così". Oltre al fatto che nel momento di fare la prenotazione dice chiaramente che tutti i costi e tasse sono comprese nel prezzo e non elenca in nessuna parte il pagamento aggiuntivo di questa tessera, nemmeno il fatto che sia obbligatorio anche se non esiste neanche la possibilità di usufruire dei servizi.

Paese molto carino, hotel ben ubicato, semplice da trovare. Vicino a diversi luoghi noti della Costa Smeralda. Accoglienza ottima, personale gentilissimo e sorridente. Considerati i prezzi (relativamente al periodo di soggiorno) assolutamente consigliabile.

#### basterebbe poco per fare meglio
Hotel moderno, ber arredato, con un parcheggio esterno ed una buona vista mare.Camera al 3 piano, con vista mare ed un bel terrazzo con tavolino esterno.Il letto tutto sommato comodo, forse un pochino duro, bagno bello, con maioliche carine e moderna.Tuttavia ci sono delle piccole accortezze che a mio avviso dovevano essere sistemate. Lo specchio tondo piccolo nel bagno era rotto, il secchio per la carta non si apriva ma dovevi farlo manualmente ed a terra serviva una bella spazzata.La cosa un po' fastidiosa è stato l'evidente segno di manate sulla porta di ingresso, sull'armadio e sulla porta del bagno.Il wiFi è gratuito solo per le prime 6 ore e poi a pagamento, ma 4€ al giorno per avere la linea internet ad oggi mi sembra un prezzo fuori mercato, considerando che eravamo a maggio. La colazione, servita nell'hotel adiacente, è buona nel complessa. Ci sono sia proposte dolci (cornetti semplici che farciti, marmellate, nutella originale, frutta, yogurt e merendine confezionate) che il salato (pane di diverso tipo, uova, bacon, formaggi e ricotta). Non male ma certo se piove, fa freddo o si vuole andare comodi a fare colazione, bisogna sempre considerare che si deve uscire fuori all'esterno e percorrere circa 50 metri. Il mio voto complessivo è la sufficienza piena (6.5), ma a mio avviso potrebbe fare molto meglio per arrivare almeno ad 8/9 con qualche piccolo accorgimento banale (tv più grande, wifi libero sempre, colazione in albergo, manutenzione più curata).

#### Modern hotel in small town
We enjoyed our stay here in the lovely small town of Canniginone. The hotel is clean and modern, with lovely multi-lingual staff. We had bed & breakfast. The breakfast was a good spread of the usual pastries, cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, fruit, bread, plus a hot options (eggs, bacon etc). I believe if you go half board the lunch and dinner are served in the adjoining hotel, which you can also use all of the facilities there too, so you have essentially 2 pools to choose from. The evening entertainment from the adjoining hotel was a bit loud from our side of the hotel, but this was over well before midnight. The pool was nice, although you had to wear a swimming cap, which we found unusual, but could be easily purchased from reception.

ett nyligen renoverat hotell som känns fräscht om man jämför med andra hotell i Italien. sängarna är tyvärr lite för hårda men inte det värsta man kan tänka sig. rummet var jättevarmt och den såkallade air condition var mer som en fläkt som rörde runt luften i rummet lite.frukosten var bra för att vara i Italien men inte den bästa. personalen var lite otrevlig i frukostsalen och lite konstigt att man inte får sitta vart man vill utan alla ska sitta på varandra och ha 50-60 lediga bord. och dem i receptionen kan inte jätte mycket engelska. byn cannigione är mysig och bra utgångsläge för costa smeralda. skulle ändå kunna tänka oss att återvända.

Hotel moderno e pulito. La mia spaziosa camera era vista piscina ed era dotata di balcone con tavolino e sedie. Bellissimo bagno con ampia doccia. Cordialità e gentilezza da parte di tutto lo staff.

#### Hotel nuovo in posizione strategica
L'Hotel è di nuova realizzazione (design) e si trova in posizione strategica per tour in auto. La pulizia generale è buona, un pò meno quella della camera. \[Da segnalare il fatto che ci è stata assegnata una stanza con bagno per disabili (molto scomodo per persone normodotate) e non è stata sostituita a fronte delle nostre richieste\]

è un buon albergo, le camere e gli ambienti sono nuovi e spaziosi. La colazione è molto varia e abbondante. Unici disagi sono stati il centro benessere che era chiuso per ristrutturazione e il parcheggio auto che è un po' piccolo. Nel complesso è un buon albergo.

Albergo bellissimo, molto pulito e curato nell'arredamento, ha una bellissima piscina ed è comodo ai servizi ed alla spiaggia.
