- BEDROOM I with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and flat-screen TV;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, closet, dresser, and flat-screen TV;

- BEDROOM III with three single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), a closet, and a flat-screen TV;

- BATHROOM I with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- VERANDA with dining table.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: uncovered private parking space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heat pumps (split units in every room), mosquito screens, crib available upon request subject to availability, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

Waste Management (required)

During their stay, guests must dispose of their trash daily, sorting it by type and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated on the calendar.

There are no trash bins or recycling stations in the city, but door-to-door collection is provided, so only small amounts of pre-sorted waste may be kept inside the home.

Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of 150.00 euros being imposed on the guest.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorised use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.
