« Doğu illerinde maalesef sigara içilen ve içilmeyen oda ayırımı henüz daha bilinçlendirilmemiş. Sanırım Sigara içmeyen veya sigara kokusundan şikayet eden müşteri sayısı daha az olduğu için Otel işletmecileri de müşteri kaybı olmaması açısından sigaradan şikayetçi misafirleri idare etmeye çalışıyor. Sapran Otelde de aynısını yaşadım. Ama hemen odayı değiştirip yardımcı oldular. Güler yüzleri ve yardımcı olan personeli ile gerçekten teşekkür ederim. »

"L'appartement était confortable et plutôt bien équipé. Mais l'accueil laisse à désirer. Notre arrivée ne semblait pas être prévue. On a dû appeler à notre arrivée et attendre dans le froid. La chambre est bien mais 1 seule serviette alors qu'on était 2, pas de savon, pas de shampoing, pas assez de papier toilettes... et personne à qui en demander !"
