Cosy apartment in a calm, Canarian style complex, situated just 300 meters from the famous Las Vistas Beach. You may enjoy heated pool with sunbeds and umbrellas available in a pool area. You may also appreciate everydays breakfasts on a balcony providing sea view.   
  
The apartment is situated at the first floor and it offers specious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with a mirrow and a ceiling remote controlled fan. Living area includes living room with sofa bed for 2, coffe table, flat screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI router, dining area with dining table for 4 and kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hob, cooker hood as well as dishwasher. Washing machine is situated inside built-in wardrobe in bathroom. At the balcony tere is a set of furniture ideal to rest and enjoy our time with a cup of wine and a sea view in a distance.  
  
You will find lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner.  
Avenida Las Americas with it's variety of shops within the same walking distance.  
Supermarkets situated just up to 100 meters away.   
Open air training area located 300 meters away.   
Plenty of surf schools or watersports equipment rentals all aroung Playa de Las Americas area.  
The complex is situated in the central area and no mean of transport is essencial though you may always rent a scooter or a bike, as the nearest rental is placed next to the main entrance.
