Well worth a 5 * rating. Nice and friendly hosts that went above and beyond to accommodate us. VERY comfy bed, ensuite, basic kitchenette, lounge area, and views over the Armidale valley. Very quiet (slept super well). Close to town centre, easy access to all the nearby attractions. Will stay here again.

Perfect spot for my intensive school stay. I was late to arrive into Armidale and could drive right up to the door to my private space with super easy instructions from Martina. Big comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower after long days, and equipped with everything you need to put together breakie or a light dinner. Very convenient location too, I was able to walk down into town (20 mins) and a quick 10 minute drive over to the university even in ‘peak school traffic’ time. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks for the great stay.
