The luxury, comfort, and amenities of this home provides you the perfect place to relax, unwind, and make precious memories. The boat dock offers 2 boat slips and a nice swim deck with a ladder. The scenic views and the clear, calm waters is a perfect setting for swimming, kayaking/paddle boarding or just hanging out in the water on the Lily Pad attached to the dock all while soaking up the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Lake View is also wheelchair accessible and provides an elevator for your loved ones who can't walk stairs. This home is situated on Rock Creek and at the end of the road located in Arley, AL. Rock Creek is known for the prettiest and clearest water on Smith Lake. It is specifically designed to accommodate multiple families and friends, work gatherings, reunions, and retreats. Please Note: We do not allow parties/events such as frat/sorority parties. Please ask permission for any event or guest over 20\. We want to be respectful of our neighbors. Reservations are not confirmed until you return the rental agreement. The space: Features 3 different levels, lots of outdoor entertaining spaces, beautiful views, and comfortably hosts and sleeps 20\. This luxury custom brick, rock and cedar 5BR/4BA with 2 car detached garage. Bottom & main levels both have gourmet kitchen, living, and LARGE laundry/utility rooms. Additional living space in the upper loft area. Gas fireplaces on BOTH main & bottom floors. EXTRA large main level porch & covered lower patio offering lots of outdoor dining, sitting areas, outdoor TV, outdoor games, and a gas firepit. Featuring 3 different levels, beautiful views, this 5,000 sq ft lakefront home comfortably hosts and sleeps 20\. The home has new amenities and furnishings throughout. The main floor and bottom floor both have expansive, open concept areas perfect for entertaining and hosting large groups. A third floor living space (loft and bedroom) provides a great area for kids that includes a gaming station holding 12 games along with an air hockey/ping-pong table. Don't forget to rent a boat as soon as you book!! Unlike many homes here at Smith Lake, this house has a gentle slope down to the dock, no steps! Lake View is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower, elevator/lift to get from the main to the bottom level. There is also a storm shelter off of the bottom level laundry room. Please Note: This is a rural area, and while we do have WIFI at the house, it may not be completely reliable and/or fast enough to stream shows, etc. No Gaming Please!! Usually, there is no issue using our WIFI to make calls, emailing, texting, or web browsing. AT&T and T-Mobile cell phone service seems to have the best coverage all over the lake. Verizon is very limited. Other beautiful outdoor activities include: \- Visit Rickwood Caverns. Hiking trails and tours of subterranean caverns and tunnels. \- Visit Dismals Canyon: has waterfalls and bioluminescent glowworms that light up on the guided night tours (night tours are by reservation). \- Visit Hurricane Creek Park in Falkville- unique rock formation, waterfalls, and hiking trails. \- Hike in Natural Bridge Park in Haleyville to see beautiful natural stone arches. \- Visit Rock Creek Marina by car or by boat- you can purchase food and feed the fish directly from their dock. This house has TWO full size kitchens and laundry rooms. One upstairs and another downstairs. The third floor has games such as PAC MAN, and air hockey as well as two double beds that I am sure your children or grandchildren would like to call their space. The boat dock has a slip for two full size boats or pontoon boats, a jet ski dock and a super big swimming dock complete with plenty od sitting area for the adults. The house is a first class home that you can tell that no corners were cut during the building of this wonderful home. Our group of 8 adults and three children were super comfortable with room to spare. We plan on staying here again next summer. ##### Thomas M. Plenty of life vests even for little ones. Beautiful lake and amazing house. We had so much fun. Best hosts ever- so nice and easy to communicate. They do everything they can to make you stay great. The house had more than enough room for us. The owners had thought of everything, even baby gates on stairs. They were responsive immediately if we had questions or needed help at the house. Has everything you will possibly need plus some. Too many extras to list. The house is amazing and was immaculate upon arrival. Great outdoor seating from the wrap around upper deck, the bottom porch with hot tube all the way down to the dock where we spent a lot of our time. Loved the section of lake we were on. Great spot for pulling the kids on a tube or board. And rock creek marina is just a 3 minute boat ride away. A must to go fill up with fuel and feed the fish off their dock. And lastly the owners were so nice and helpful through out the stay!! A must visit property and we will be back!! ##### Joel D. The owners are by far the nicest i have rented from. They made sure we were able to find the house and all of the wonderful amenities they offered. The kids had so many options for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, and life jackets outdoors. TV's , air hockey, ping pong, and pacman indoors. The bathrooms in both master bathrooms were massive and having 2 kitchens was perfect for multiple families or cooking large meals. We will definitely be back and cannot thank eric and page enough for sharing their beautiful home with my family. ##### tom g. Page, our host, communicated VERY well, responded quickly, and was a pleasure to interact with. The house was extremely spacious and accommodating for all 20 of us. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! Breathtaking views of the lake no matter where you are in the house!! NO steps at all to the dock was a huge plus! The house has three levels and two full kitchens stocked with every kitchen gadget you can think of. Paddle boards, kid’s kayaks, a lily pad, and plenty of life jackets were all available for us to use on the lake. And if you forget your beach towel, they have those too! Our group said it was the best vacation we’ve ever had. We will be back!!! ##### Lani C. The owners were amazing and very responsive to all our needs. The home was well stocked and we honestly could have come with just food and clothes and have been completely comfortable( i.e. high chair, pack and play, blankets, towels, soap, coffee, toilet paper, and more)!
