Clean rooms and we'll kept grounds. Uncomfortable beds. Low water pressure in showers. Broken pool chairs. Fun little mini golf, basketball, and pickle ball courts.

Check in staff were very nice. Guy that provided parking was a little rude. And there was not enough parking in designated area. But mostly/ it wasn't a resort. It's more like a condo complex and you are renting a condo. We had to start the dishwasher and clean up when we left- like you do for a Vrbo- not at a resort. Maybe I didn't do enough research but I was disappointed. It was clean and had a washer and dryer. With a single box of detergent.

Staying at the Scottsdale Hyatt was great. The staff were extremely helpful for suggestion options to go out, where to eat, and staying safe on the heat.

It was such a relaxing stay. People were friendly, the grounds were beautiful.

Everything was beautiful and well maintained Shana at the pool was very helpful. She was very delightful and super sweet. The tall front desk lady was very nice and helpful and accommodating as well for my daughter‘s birthday trip. The pools were beautiful and the food was delicious.
