"Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. "Reserved a double queen room. Hotel confirmed reservation. They ended up giving us a king handicap accessible room for two adults and a teenager. Why would you offer me a double queen if it wasn’t available? Why would you accept my reservation if it wasn't available? Then just acted like it wasn’t a big deal and they had no rooms available so that is what we were stuck with. Very unhappy. "
