Yes hi. I had a lovely stay. The manager was very lovely even though I was going to leave but I could not get a refund.
I went up there to relax and spend time at the pool and jacuzzi but unfortunately it was not open. Be in 96° you think that they would get it ready especially with the heatwave that we going on. But it was okay. My fault for not reading all the hotel stuff. I got to look out for that when I book a hotel cuz that's what I'm there for the for the pool and the relaxation. But otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you so much

The staff here appear brain-dead and completely devoid of personality. They appear to have had no customer service training whatsoever. We needed a high chair for our baby so we asked the front desk for help. Their response? “We don’t have any you’ll have to check with the restaurant.” The restaurant is ON THE PREMISES about fifty feet from the front desk! Also, this hotel’s proximity to the bars on Whiskey Row means loud coming and going all night. Also, a man died two doors down on our floor the second night we were there. Very unfortunate. Not a good stay. Not the place to choose for either service or quiet.

Our small dog was no issue at all. Small but tidy and fun little cabin. The outdoor sitting and fireplace vs area was very nice right over a tiny bridge across the creek. Heater kept place warm overnight with an outdoor low in the 40’s.
