This is a beautiful property with huge rooms and a great vibe. Our host Raven was kind, helpful and engaging. Would not stay anywhere else in Arcadia.

Raven is the best inn keeper you'll ever meet!

We were in town for a cheer competition this past weekend and Raven was the most accommodating and kindest innkeeper ever! Our three girls, who were competing, had the best time having breakfast waiting for them in the morning and being able to walk around the common areas to explore! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

DO NOT STAY THERE !!! Expedia ranked it 10 out of 10 and only one room left so I jumped on it. When I arrived only one car there . The front door was open on a hot as hell Florida day letting the Florida bugs inside. When I walked inside there was a shirtless man standing in the reception smoking a cigarette and sweating on the floor in a no smoking BNB. He said that he is the maintenance man and gave me the "General Manager" whom I called and told her I wanted a refund NOW which we battled over and she finally did .....DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE

Absolutely LOVED this place!!! The house is so charming and beautiful!! The hosts are extremely accommodating! I cant recommend it highly enough!! Arcadia is a sweet little town to explore and the Arcadia Bed and Breakfast is a great place to do it from!!!
