Alexys and Rosie at the front desk were two of the kindest and most professional individuals. They truly represented their organization well.

The place was a 2 story townhouse and so much larger then expected. Everything was clean and well cared for. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook. It was extremely comfortable and felt homey. It was nice and quiet, the staff very friendly and helpful.

We usually stay here for our Summer vacations. I felt this trip, customer service was not as helpful as times in past. No above and beyond accommodations as in the past. Disappointed to the point we stayed extra days elsewhere while in Sedona. Still enjoyed my time there up until we decided to extend our stay and got no assistance. To the point we were told to go on their website to book more days rather than assist at the front desk in person.

Very convenient location, great communication with staff. Very beautiful outdoor space, better bang for my buck than a traditional hotel stay. Absolutely loved it!

This review is a bit tricky because I think my expectations were different from what this property actually is. We arrived around 11 p.m., and there wasn’t a single staff member at the front desk or anywhere on the property. It felt surprisingly deserted, which wasn’t the most reassuring first impression after a long day of driving. I was also surprised to discover that all of the rooms have exterior entrances. I hadn’t realized this when booking, and personally I don’t love that style of accommodation because it feels more like a motel than a traditional hotel. It’s clear that this was once an older motel that has been thoughtfully renovated. The design is clean, modern, and stylish, and the renovation team did a good job updating the aesthetic. That said, details like the popcorn ceilings and a lingering musty smell reminded me of the building’s age. Looking back, I think I could have enjoyed the property if I’d gone in with different expectations. It feels like a well-designed, upgraded motel that would appeal to hikers, road-trippers, and people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors exploring Sedona. Based on the photos, descriptions, and overall rating, however, I was expecting something that felt more elevated and more like a boutique hotel. If you know what you’re booking, you may really enjoy it. It just wasn’t quite what I had envisioned based on the ratings, reviews and photos.
