Great live music!! The pool is fantastic and the pool area has an incredible view! The music Friday and Saturday night was awesome! We had a great time sitting by the pool with drinks and listening to the talented singers! The rooms are a little dated and the bathrooms are not comfortable, the shower is very small! But we didn't spend a lot of time in our room. Also had great restaurants in the area you could walk to! The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They could have used a rubber gasket around the ends to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was so-so. Cold cuts included cheese and ham only. Only two types of fruit: papaya and cantaloupe. The coffee was bitter. Breads and cakes were very good. Location is hard to find at night, but the view and outdoor facilities are very nice. The view of the ocean is beautiful. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel and they looked very nice and clean. We did not eat there because our stay was very short. Overall, I do not think I would go back there. Ficamos em um dos quartos reformados, com piso vinílico, ar-condicionado, tv e frigobar novos. O banheiro contava com secador de cabelo e chuveiro elétrico moderno. As áreas comuns são diferenciadas, com uma vista espetacular! Contam também com piscinas quente e fria, além de salas de jogos. O bistrô anexo tem um bom cardápio, com instalações confortáveis, comida saborosa e preço justo. A parte externa é linda, e é isso. O café da manhã é ruim e tem pouquíssimas opções, sem falar do atendimento. O estacionamento é gratuito, mas é ruim e é compartilhado com pessoas que vão ao restaurante, então não há garantia de vaga e fica um pouco longe da entrada do hotel que fica nos fundos do mesmo. O quarto era ruim, o colchão péssimo e velho, só havia um criado mudo de um lado o outro tinha sido retirado. O quarto era apertado e não havia nenhum móvel para colocar uma roupa ou uma nécessaire ou apoiar a mala, a não ser o guarda roupa. O banheiro era tão apertado que a porta só abria metade pois batia na pia. Vc precisava entrar, fechar a porta para chegar a pia. Para alguém "maior" nem seria possível passar na porta. O atendimento do restaurante é péssimo. Levamos mais de uma hora para recebermos um prato com camarão e batata frita. Isso que tivemos que levantar e irmos até o balcão tanto para pedirmos, qto para sabermos o pq da demora e para buscarmos guardanapos. Ninguém foi até a mesa nem pra saber se queríamos algo a mais. Na piscina não há atendimento e poucas espreguiçadeiras em péssimo estado. É permitido crianças pularem na piscina o tempo todo, o que além de tudo é tb perigoso. Nossa experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Chegamos por volta das 3h da manhã, após um casamento, e mesmo tendo ligado para avisar sobre o horário, nosso quarto foi ocupado. Fomos colocados em um quarto em condições inaceitáveis, com a promessa de troca no dia seguinte. Quando finalmente trocamos de quarto, a situação continuou ruim: instalações antigas e mal conservadas, banheiro sem ventilação e com mofo, móveis velhos com cheiro desagradável, cama com apenas um lençol fino e travesseiros de péssima qualidade, que precisaram ser substituídos a pedido. O café da manhã é simples, mas o mais preocupante são os detalhes que mostram o descaso com a manutenção: toalhas manchadas e rasgadas, além de móveis visivelmente desgastados. Ao fazermos o check-out, fomos surpreendidos com a cobrança do aluguel de toalhas para uso na piscina — algo que em nenhum momento foi informado. Para piorar, a piscina estava suja e o som alto durante todo o dia, comprometendo o descanso. Não foi apenas uma experiência em um hotel simples, foi uma experiência ruim. No domingo a noite muito barulho a noite na volta da piscina, procuramos o Hotel em busca de paz, tranquilidade e sossego, mas notamos que nao foi melhor local. A piscina é a parte mais bonita do hotel, pena que é mal aproveitada, pois na maioria do tempo o bar(anexo) fica fechado. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis, banheiro limpo, boa conexão de rede Wi-fi, ar condicionado refrigera super bem, a TV é ruim, pega apenas 2 canais. Não é um lugar para descansar, visto que é bem barulhento, durante o dia vc escuta os funcionários pelos corredores o tempo todo, e a noite tem bastante bares e o próprio bar do hotel com música ao vivo. As demais dependências são bem agradáveis; piscina aquecida, academia, sala de jogos. Bom café da manhã. Quarto bem pequeno, chuveiro bem fraco, sinal da tv falhando o tempo todo, sinal da internet ruim, travesseiro alto e duro, siiiiiim, travesseiro duro. O frigobar do quarto com a parte do congelador tomado de gelo, não deu pra usar. O café da manhã fraco, repetindo todas as manhãs exatamente as mesmas coisas. De frios/salgados, somente apresuntado e mussarela, NADA mais. Talheres mal lavados. Guardanapo com cheiro de guardado. No último dia, dos quatro reservados, teve mamão e melão de fruta. Nos outros dias era uva despencada e restos de melancia. Foi decepcionante pelo valor pago. No bistrô a noite, música que ia até às 23h30, tivemos o azar de ter nossa janela encima do bistrô. De manhã cedo, máquina de cortar grama ou motoserra, não sei identificar, mas cedo mesmo, pra acordar todo mundo. Bahhhh, sem comentários... Uma estrutura enorme e sem condições. O hotel é antigo, bonito, as áreas comuns são muito agradáveis. O quarto também é bom, com detalhes (janela, pex) que demonstram que o hotel é antigo, mas não acho que compromete a estadia. Usei a piscina interna e estava boa, mas fica visível também que é antiga. A primeira vez foi tudo impecável. Mas, dessa vez um show de horrores, piscina interna não estava funcionando e com baratas, sim tem vídeo. A piscina externa suja. O hotel estava em obras, fazendo um deck na entrada da recepção. Precisamos trocar 3 vezes de quarto no primeiro dia, eram duas diárias, ou ar condicionado não funcionava, ou a tv, ou frigobar.. na segunda noite o quarto ficou em meia fase. Chamaram um técnico que não conseguiu resolver o problema. Por cerca de 3 minutos, todo o hotel ficou sem luz. Teria que trocar de quarto pela 4° vez. Reclamei no dia seguinte, depois do check in, a gerência me ofereceu sair no dia da reclamação e me devolver uma diária. Viajei 700 km, segunda 25/11, escolhi o hotel pela comodidade, piscina interna, limpeza e a vista que é linda. Mas, simplesmente o hotel está mal administrado, pois havia crianças que entraram na piscina sem autorização nenhuma, jogando bola. Sim, isso mesmo. Fora a gravação de um vídeo na segunda feira, onde os hóspedes tinham que sair do lugar para não aparecer com umas moças semi nuas bebendo. Tirando as recepcionistas e a camareira que tentaram o máximo...
