"It’s a beautiful hotel but our experience was not great. When we first arrived the rooms were not ready so we had to go to the lobby restrooms to get ready for the funeral we were to attending, even though I had called ahead to ask. We went to the funeral and when arrived back to the room they had taken all our luggage and everything we own out of the rooms. When we inquired they told us we had check out, which of course was not true since we had just arrived earlier. My husband had to prove to them that we had a confirmed reservation, they said they would investigate. They apologized and asked us to go to the lobby to pick up the luggage from the lobby, the decent thing to do would have been for them to send someone to relive it to the room. No compensation or anything was offered for their mistake and the big inconvenience. Not satisfied with their staff. Our bathroom floor was also dirty. So not staying there again."

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Don’t waste your money Upon arriving to our room I placed my clothes for the race I was participating in the following morning in the corner or the room so it could be easy to find when I woke up. I had to move the clothes when we changed room…I’ll get to that … and two big roaches ran out of my clothes. Super classy! Okay so back to when we had to move to a new room. 10:20pm my wife got out of the shower and was about to blow dry her hair when the wall outlet In the restroom didn’t work. The obvious thing to do next would be call the front desk. Which was what I try to do but the room phone didn’t work. I called the hotel off my phone. No answer. I decided to visit the front desk and ask how we could resolve the issue. Mind you we had a race in the morning and I was already laying down when all this happened. When getting to the front desk I explained the issue to the young lady and she told me she could get me into another room and I accepted. With the caveat that they made sure that the outlet in the restroom worked and I was told that it would. So I packed up everything and took it to the next room. Unpacked everything. And the outlets In that restroom didn’t work either. They offered me another room again and the outlet didn’t work there either. At around 11pm I was given the option of a full refund and leaving. Lmao in the middle of the night that’s how they accommodate the guest. The hot tub doesn’t work and the pool has no filter and is.."

"This hotel is a little gem! And just a short walk from the beach. We were in the Family suite, which was newly renovated. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen & living room, we had a very comfortable roomy stay. The 3 ac units and the built in de-humidifier kept the rooms wonderfully cool. Comfy beds & linens. This was our third time staying here. Will definitely come back! "

"We saw a bug on the wall and another on the bed of the first room. We were moved to another room. No bugs were seen. Parking lot very dark at night and outdoors not maintained. $14 breakfast was very disappointing. Not a good area of town. Will not return or recommend. "
