Reserva SIN devolución, habitación de menos de 12 m2\. Cama de 90 cm. NO mini bar, NO nevera, NO servicio de habitaciones. Aire acondicionado ruidoso y no regulable en temperatura, con instrucciones del siglo XIX. Llamas a recepción y te dicen que bajes la velocidad del ventilador, se disminuye el ruido pero sigue haciendo frio, vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que lo apague. Cuatro estrellas????
