The room was clean and well kept. However the mattress was squishy and lumpy, just a low end beauty rest. Also the air conditioner was super loud but had to have it on because it was 90° outside at bedtime.
Outside of the room the carpet was very dirty on the first and fourth floor, as were both elevators. Oh and the baseboards as well.
The staff was quite helpful, upbeat and friendly. The breakfast is actually really good with a lot of options.
