I smelled of smoke the bed was not made and dirty towels in the bathroom. I had to go to the receptionist 3 times to get a clean room and the a key card that gave us entry into the building. Very disappointed, but we were very tired from a long day of driving."

The staff so friendly and Being very good about us trying out our German (or lack of). The room was spacious and clean. Everything you needed. Ours had a lift bedroom and a surprise 2nd bathroom in the loft. Breakfast was great. Definitely would recommend you stay here if travelling through Marburg. "
