Everything in this home is set to go for a perfect summer break. Fully fenced back garden to keep the little ones safe and the garage is a games room to keep the older one occupied away from the TV. Perfect for a BBQ & entertaining whilst admiring the mountain views, & listening to the ocean waves roll in. This property has it all for a ladies' weekend away or get away with the family by the sea. The space is modern, clean & new with a relaxed vibe & careful furnishings it is easy to leave your worries at the door & come & explore. Guests have access to the entire property for the duration of their visit. There is a locked cupboard that contains the owner's items. Lisa is available for guests as you may require throughout your stay. Enjoy this beautiful, thriving seaside town! You have an extensive range of cafes and restaurants in town along with an array of boutiques, gift shops as well as the rainforest! Apollo Bay has lots to offer! You can soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the regular festivals and events hosted by Apollo Bay or head off the beaten track on one of the varied walks on the beach or in It is very easy to navigate around the Apollo Bay region by car and plentiful parking in town. The Apollo Bay to Colac bus departs every Wednesday and daily return service from Apollo Bay to Melbourne via Geelong (bus to Geelong followed by Vline train to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne). The Vline bus from Geelong to Apollo Bay includes a stop at Skene's Creek. Marengo is about a 25-minute walk or short taxi ride from the centre of town. The Apollo Bay Taxi is also available on 0400 229 222. Please - no smoking inside. If you smoke outside, kindly dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully. Please keep noise to an appropriate level. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
