"We really loved our stay, the rooms are big and clean. The owners are very lovely people. Location is perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk and you are in the centre. We could park our car near the hotel on the road. I'm in a wheelchair and the living room, bedroom and balcony are big. There are no bumps. The bathroom is small. I can walk a little bit, so I had no problem with it. But there is no room for the wheelchair in the bathroom.."

"Fantastic hotel, well positioned unfortunately the food could have been a bit hotter but luckily we only went B&B.... We have just got back to the UK ( 05/10/2026) and we was there when the worst weather they had ever experienced storms,torrential rail and wind for 7days... But hey the locals made it special and would definitely come back...."

A stunning villa on a totally private promontory

"Villa Andromeda is exactly how it looks in the pictures and how the other reviewers have described. The road to and from the property is fine apart from a twenty metre section where you have to be especially careful - we managed fine in two normal front wheel drive manual hire cars for a party of eight. Robert has found a great team of hosts - led by Angelina who look after everything for you. They even went as far as improving that small part of the road leading to the villa for us! The location and the villa are truly amazing with the most beautiful sunset we’ve ever seen. There are plenty of lovely tavernas and restaurants nearby with lots of local supermarkets that are reasonably priced and stock so many options. So you can get the best of both worlds - complete solitude in the most beautiful setting or sample typical Greek traditional offerings. The old town in Chania is a must visit and we’d also recommend hiring a boat for half a day - we did both self drive and a captained private catamaran which were both awesome."

"Everything at this property was amazing. What was exceptional was the front desk, and everyone from the barman to the janitor and cleaning staff. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The property is on the beach and very well situated. You are minutes drive from many sites. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Great room, amenities and food. The property is not brand new but it was very well maintained and everything was clean and in excellent condition. The pools were all very clean and well maintained, the beach was incredible and the food was excellent. Great location and you must go check out the lake which was 5 mins away. Excellent resort for a family with children."

"Lovely room and pool. Location is very convenient as there are many shops and restaurants around the corner, as well as the beach. Room was spotless every day, fresh towels and sheets after each clean. Staff were very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. The only con to this hotel is the hair dryer. If you have thick, low-porosity hair, it will not work. I’d suggest bringing your own."
