(unknown author) About the accomodation Villa Chocolate is a prestigious villa located in the Pueblo Majorero development, which was completed in April 2020\. The settlement offers you a completely private atmosphere, as access to the settlement itself is very limited. It is located in a quiet area surrounded by two golf courses and is just 5 minutes from the sandy coast, hotels, the Atlantico shopping centre with several shops, boutiques and restaurants. Access to the accommodation is also adapted for people with disabilities. The interior comprises 142 m2. Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room with washing machine, ironing table and cleaning utensils. Suitcases or golf equipment can also be stored. Living room The living room is spacious at almost 50 m2 and is furnished with a comfortable sofa for 6 people (it can comfortably accommodate guests with the legs up). A large LG 138 TV with various EU and UK channels is also available for your comfort and entertainment. ) High-speed WLAN is available throughout the house. The living room offers a pleasant view and access to the terrace with heated and illuminated swimming pool (from November till the end of May) Dining room The separate dining room is furnished with a massive table and 6 chairs (vintage style). The dining room also has direct access to the terrace and pool. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 is furnished with new modern, high-quality furniture and fitted wardrobes. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed (Kingsize 180x200). A small dressing table and chair, an in-room safe and air conditioning are also available for guests' convenience. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a large and comfortable Kingsize 180x200 bed, fitted wardrobes and a room safe. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds (90X200), fitted wardrobes and a room safe. All bedrooms feature photos taken on the island of Fuerteventura. Bathroom Bathroom 1 is an "en suite" accessible from bedroom 1\. It is equipped with a bath with shower, washbasin, large mirror, toilet and bidet. From the initial booking to any questions we had and then the overall stay, Team Chocolate were great! Ines is a real credit to the team and very handy to have close by. The villa was extremely clean with everything you could ask for, plenty of space and very comfortable lounge area. The pool area is also fabulous, pool is decent size and plenty of room for us all to chill in and out of. Seating area big enough for us to enjoy a family bbq. This was our first time in Fuertenvetura and it was great from the start. We were met at the villa by the property manager who was very helpful and even ordered us bottled water. There is only AC in the living room and main bedroom and the other bedrooms we're very hot but when I asked about fans they were purchased and dropped off straight away. Wir waren offensichtlich die zweiten Mieter. Deshalb erübrigt sich eigentlich die Aussage, dass alles im Top-Zustand ist. Alle Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Beispiel die mit vielen erdenklichen Utensilien ausgestattete Küche. Da wir schon viele anderen Objekt gemietet haben, dürfen wir sagen, dass dieses Haus auch bei dem Thema Sauberkeit als Benchmark zu sehen ist. Dabei spreche ich nicht nur von den sanitären Anlagen, sondern auch über die Küchenausstattung und so weiter. Es bleibt dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung nur zu wünschen, dass dieser sehr hohe Standard auch nach mehreren Vermietungen gehalten werden kann und wird. Der Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwaltung (wohnt einen Steinwurf vom Objekt entfernt in der selben Anlage) ist äußerst einfach es erfolgten immer sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen. Dabei geht es um Dinge wie die Einweisung in das Haus aber auch um andere Anliegen außerhalb der Vermietung wie beispielsweise Tipps zu den Ein- und Ausreiseformalitäten. Da wir im Dezember vor Ort waren, war der beheizte Außenpool ein weiteres Highlight. Badespaß zu jeder Jahreszeit! Zur Lage ist zu sagen, dass alles Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Meine anfänglichen Sorgen, dass zu dieser Jahreszeit der Wind einen Aufenthalt im Freien einschränken könnte, traten nicht ein. Zum einen war er deutlich weniger als bei Aufenthalten auf Fuerteventura in den Jahren zuvor, zum anderen findet sich aufgrund der Bauweise immer ein windgeschützter Platz für zum Beispiel die Liegen. Da in Richtung Süden noch keine Bebauung anschließt, ist der Außenbereich um das Pool quasi uneinsehbar. Zwar hatten wir einen Leihwagen, aber der ist aufgrund der guten Lage zum Flughafen (ca. 8 km, Taxi) und einem fußläufig erreichbaren Einkaufszentrum (etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten) nicht wirklich immer notwendig. ##### German F.
