Fabulous and modern villa, equipped to make your vacation unforgettable, located within a golf course, next to a commercial center (1.5 km away) l that has a beautiful walk to the seashore, where Family beaches are accessed. It has a private salt water pool, 9.5 x 3.5 x 1.5 meters heated with ecological solar system; with 6 sun beds and umbrellas; spa-jacuzzi for 4 people; winter gazebo under waterproof pergola with outdoor fridge, kitchen furniture, sink and barbecue. Summer gazebo under heather pergola, and all surrounded by pleasant artificial grass, trees of the island, aromatic and ornamental plants. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It has a living room of 75 square meters, with dining table for 12 people, two sofas and two armchairs, with TV. Multi-language satellite, DVD player. A bedroom with a 150 x 200 bed with a built-in bathroom; another bedroom with two double beds of 135 x 200; and another with two beds of 90 x 200; Large game room with 12-foot pool table, table game table, satellite TV, XBOX 360.
Internet and WIFI are included in the price, as well as the air conditioning of the pool and water change of the spa-jacuzzi for each new guest.

We had a fantastic time for 2 weeks at this villa. Maria gave had all the information we needed in advance and made our booking so easy.The heated swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic, so much bigger than the pictures make out.The villa itself was extremely spacious, with all the essentials we required for our stay.Travelling from the villa to the Atlantico centre and up to town was straight forward with great taxi services available.By far the best villa we have stayed at and we hope to come again. Highly recommend booking this villa with Maria.Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Relaxing and chilled

The property was bigger than the pictures showed.we loved the outside space and enjoyed the pool and hottub.the BBQ could do with a Refresh but everything in the property worked. It's around at 15 mins walk to amenities but taxis are available for a few euros if needed. We loved the space and quite.

We stay here for a week and the villa was perfect. It was spotless, very spacious and had everything we needed. We wanted a relaxing week and that was what we got spending most days around the pool , in the hot tub and spent our evenings In the games room. It was private and quiet. We didn’t rent a car but we enjoyed the 20 min walk to the shopping centre and then walked along the fronts. Taxis home were not a problem. We used the Dino supermarket online for delivery, which was easy and delivered without any issues . The owner and her son were lovely and available to contact if we need anything. Thank you

Return visit - great property!

Had another fabulous stay at the villa - perfect for kids and offers lots of privacy. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Excellent location - with a car able to get to the north and south of the island quite quickly. Walking distance along the coastline to caleta de Fuste. Can't wait to return!

Our second time at this beautiful villa we had a problem with the pool but maria sorted it the same which was great some of outside could do with a bit of tlc but the villa has everything you could want for your holiday the hot tub at 38degrees was great and will go back again

Magnificent

Could not have been better. The host helped us with baby equipment and checkin was simple. The propert was immaculate and just as in the listing. From the 5 yr old practicing his swimming in the pool to the baby getting her first dip in a hot tub, it was wonderful.

Winter sunshine

We have just returned from a 5 night break at Maria’s Villa and will definitely return in the future. It’s exactly (and possibly even nicer) than shown in the listing. Although the Villa is a 30ish minute walk to the centre, cheap taxis are very easy to get using a clever app system. There were only 4 of us but there was plenty of room for more. Host is quick to respond to any questions you may have.

Excellent Villa

Superb villa that had everything we needed for our families two week stay. The outdoor space is particularly great and much more spacious than we thought based on the photos. The location is great being in a quiet area that is within walking distance of the shopping centre and taxis were very cheap. Communication with Maria and her son was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely week spent in Maria’s villa. The centre is a fair walk, but taxis are only around 4. The villa is great with just a couple of things. It takes a while for the hot water to reach the shower, and the en-suite shower wasn’t great. Just be aware that there is a small step into each of the rooms leading from the main living area.

Beautiful villa - great family fun!

We stayed for 7 nights and the villa was amazing! It was bigger than we expected, perfect location. We had several young children ranging from 5 to 13 and all loved it, especially the pool! The villa has everything you could possibly want, the outdoor seating areas were great for family meals and the hot tub was incredible! Maria was an excellent host and communicated clearly throughout. Thank you for an excellent stay and if we come back to Fuerteventura we will definitely be staying here!

Lovely family get away

We stayed for a week in the villa over Oct half term (4 adults, 2 children), it was lovely and clean, spacious and well equipped for all we needed. Maria kindly got some essentials in for us as we arrived in the evening. Supermarket was a 20min walk away as was the beach, we got a taxi back with the shopping (which only cost €2.5) as we didn’t want to hire a car this time. The pool was great, warm enough for the children to spend most of the day in it. Plenty of outdoor space with shade if you need it. The second kitchen which is outside was fab, and we BBQ’d a couple of times from that. The area was nice and quiet, beach wasn’t over crowded. Was a really lovely week away.

Enjoyable stay

This is a great villa for a family. It has a large spacious central living area with bedrooms and kitchen and games room entering into it. The bedrooms are all spacious and very well ventilated and have plenty of storage spaces. The outside area is secure and you can keep a close eye on children from the living room. The pool was a very good temperature and we used it everyday and the high walls around the villa meant it was protected somewhat from the wind. Taxis are easy to obtain to go to and from the centre. The owner’s son was excellent at communicating with us and made our check ins and time at the villa very easy. While this may be more frequently used for a group of adults we thought this was an excellent house for a family and would definitely return.

La sabina

This was are first stay at this charming villa. Situated in a residential area. The Villa was clean and comfortable with modern furniture and white goods in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms accessible but not wheelchair friendly . The manager, Maria was friendly and willing to accommodate our request for a welcome pack and other things we asked for. The downside to our stay was poor maintenance and general upkeep of the property. The paint was peeling in places and there was an issue with the patio doors not locking, although that issue was addressed quickly.The BBQ couldn’t be cleaned of spent coals as the ash door was jammed in due to the bars being bent and damaged. The outdoor dining furniture was rusty and very uncomfortable to use, there was a large table tennis table but no net, this also doubled up to sit and eat your bbq food at. There is a fair walk to the end of this road to get to the rubbish bin area, so be prepared. The pool table in the games room was damaged in places and no markings on the cloth, although these things are ‘ little issues’ they should be attended to or reflected in the price of the rental. Yes we would stay here again but this lovely villa needs some TLC if it’s going to command the price and be competitive with others in the area.

Beautiful Villa Sabina

We have just returned from our 14 day stay at Villa Sabina and are missing it already. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. On entering the villa we were delighted to see a huge bowl of fresh fruit on the dining table, a very nice touch. The whole house was spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. Our host Maria has been excellent with communications and answering any questions we had before arriving. There is an information booklet on the table with useful numbers for taxis, and local area info. Also a number for Maria's son Enrique if there are any problems. We did call him on one occasion as the water went off. After speaking to him, he quickly let us know what the problem was and updated us on when the water would be back on. Thank you Enrique. I did find info and a map locating all the bars & restaurants in Caleta de Fuste, which I left behind for future clients. For us the location was perfect, 15 minute flat walk to the Atlantico centre where you find big Spar supermarket,some boutique shops and taxi rank.Downstairs there are a few great value restaurants, very good food. The old fort across the road on the beach, look out for the chipmonks, they are very cheeky. Taxis are very cheap, 3 - 4 Euros to almost everywhere. You will find El Cotillo a little further along the coastal path, many bars & restaurants and some great beaches, the best I have seen in the Canary Islands. All in all I would have no hesitation to book the villa again.

Très belle villa située au calme dans le Golf de Fuerteventura (Caleta de Fuste). Pas d'attente à notre arrivée. La propriétaire était présente sur les lieux. Maria est très sympathique. Villa 5 étoiles très propre à notre arrivée. Toutes les commodités y sont présentes. La situation est idéale et le cadre aussi. La propriétaire assure un très bon suivi et impeccablement. Villa conseillée à 200%.

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa was superb and the photos were exactly as the villa was. Very quiet area but soon knew our way around. I would recommend hiring a car which we did not do butvtaxis we’re cheap as chips. Maria was an excellent host and although she did not speak English she responded to my messages within 24 hours. Nice Break

We had a nice stay at the Villa, the pool was really great and heated which really helped and the kids absolutely loved it, it was much better on the skin being salt water and not chlorine, the hot tub was also good, not in perfect condition but worked really well and you generally had everything you needed in the Villa. We were overall quite comfortable. Maria was great and her communication was fab, our wifi was down for the first couple of days that required an engineer to come out to the property etc which wasn't ideal, but Maria worked hard to try and fix this for us and came back to me quickly on everything. The villa is a short 10 minute walk from the shopping centre with some fab restaurants a play park, entertainments and bowling etc for the kids. The Indian and central station restaurants were just amazing and very reasonable, and the guys from the Indian restaurant really helped my family one night when we got stranded at the mall, wonderful people. The villa itself was nice but a little tired in places, like the plug fixtures were all falling off the wall, some of the utensils etc were broken and the floors were really quite dirty so we cleaned them ourselves when we arrived and the showers were not great, but in general for a family break, it was definitely a good villa and perfect for 3 adults and kids and I would recommend as Maria was really very good to deal with. A couple of recommendations are: For the money paid, I think a welcome pack would have been fantastic as we arrived very late in the evening due to delays etc, there was nothing open in the airport or local shops, so we had no food, milk, basics etc for my children and there was nothing in the villa bar a couple of bottles of water, better air con would be great too for the hot evenings as there was only a free standing cooler for the whole villa and a couple of older fans and fixing the plug fixtures as most came off the wall, Also I didn't notice any smoke alarms which made me nervous due to the plug fixtures etc, but Im unsure of the regulations within the country. Overall I would recommend the villa and thanks again Maria for looking after us.
