Anthony Vacation Packages

We’ve been coming here for years. It’s definitely dated and old, but views are great and location works best for us.

We arrived into Ruidoso early so we decided to stop at the office and ask if we could check in early. The person who I spoke to had an attitude and treated me as if this had never been asked before. Had the cabin not been ready or if I had just been told no I would have been fine with that. This particular unit could use some updating, worn stained carpet, broken blinds, and huge crack in the bathroom counter. Three different mornings the smoke detector went off while we showered which we did report. The good points are the location, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed at this property once before about 7 years ago. I had a decent memory from it. But this recent stay could not have been further from my memory. The property was absolutely filthy and unkept. Looks like there has been nearly no maintenance in the last 7 years, and was a sad shell of the property I remembered. To top it off there was a used Panda Express cup left on the counter in my room. A testament to the issue.

Everything was good. The location was the best part. The chipmunk cabin was good. The wildlife was abundant. And centrally located to everything we wanted to do.
