It is a new hotel; easy access to downtown on foot & with local transport. Clean and helpful staff. They should fix a bit around the hotel because it’s bit messy and not well finished. Otherwise, safe, accessible and comfy

The staff were AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly. They helped us to find our tour agency. I really appreciate their support and service! The Moon City is very clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time during our trip to Antalya in Moon City. We will comeback to Moon City when I visit Antalya again.

Waren mitten in der Nacht angereist und hatten bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt keinerlei Informationen bzgl. dem Zugangscode erhalten. Selbst nach mehrmaligem zusenden unserer Personalien, forderte man uns auf, unsere Reisepässe an eine Handynummer zu schicken. Bei der Ankunft um 2:30 Uhr Nachts, mussten wir erst einmal herumtelefonieren, um überhaupt in unsere Unterkunft zu kommen. Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht und auch 4 Reisepässe angegeben. Selbst beim online Check-In stand geschrieben, dass das Zimmer für uns vorbereitet werden würde. Umso erstaunter waren wir, als wir letztendlich in ein Zimmer mit lediglich einem Doppelbett (und nur einer Decke) gelandet sind. Die angebliche Schlafcouch war weder vorbereitet, noch ausziehbar, noch war genügend Bettwäsche vorhanden. Zu viert haben wir dann in einem Doppelbett, mit ersatzweise zwei Handtüchern als Decke geschlafen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden weiterempfehlen und kann die positiven Bewertungen absolut nicht verstehen!

La struttura in se è ottima come il servizio di self check-in il brutto è stato entrare in un appartamento che puzzava di fumo in modo esagerato. Ritengo che se non è stato il personale che ha preparato l' appartamento fosse doveroso lasciarlo in standby e assegnarcene uno diverso. Passi per il divano letto non preparato....il letto sono abituato a prepararlo ma casa mia!!

Burası minik bir 1+1 daire, bu bakimdan harika diyebilirim. Bir dairede olması gereken herşey var. Ütü, çamaşır/bulaşık makineleri, fırın, ocak, koltuk ve televizyon. Televizyon yeni tip tvlerden. Netflix vs. var ve odanın kendi wifi'ıyla sorunsuz çalışıyor. Konum olarak, merkeze ve plajlara çok uzak değil. Aracınız var ise sıkıntı yaşamazsınız. Olumsuz yönleri ise tam yanında bir inşaat projesi devam etmekte gürültü geliyor. Ayrıca 4 günlük konaklamamiz süresinde herhangi bir temizlik yapılmadı, tabi biz temizlik talep etmedik, eğer istedeydik belki yaparlardi bilmiyorum. Havluları kendimiz çamaşır makinesinde yıkadık bu nedenle bir sorun yaşamadık. Çamaşır kurutmak için kurutma makinesi olmasa da askılık var. Temizlik için deterjan ve bulaşık için tablet koymuşlar ama 1 kerelik. Bunları da yakindaki marketten ben aldım ekstra.

Harika otel konforu tertemiz yeterli genişlikte ve ihtiyaç olan herşey fazlasıyla var. Kapı hizmeti veren arkadaş biraz kabaydı. O da olabilir diyelim insanın hergünü farklı olabilir.

주방시설이 아주 훌륭해서 식사를 하는데 아주 편하게 이용했어요 시설도 청결하고 관리도 잘되서 아주 편하게 있었어요 차량으로 여행하는 여행객들에게 좋은 숙소에요 주택가에 있어서 주변도 조용하고 마트, 트램 T1 MEYDAN에서도 가까워요 차를 아용하는 여행객에게 강력추천해요

Oda temiz ve güzel. Yeni bir otel. Ev tarzında dizayn edilmiş. Çamaşır makinesinden fırına, ocak vs evde bulunacak herşey vardı. Herşey yeni. Yatak konforlu.
