As you approach the property you will be greeted by an oasis of palm trees and perfectly tailored landscaping around the private heated pool. Surrounding the pool deck there is a spa-like lounge area, poolside bar, dining table for 6 plus additional seating around the huge 85 inch TV. For your grilling delight this home provides a gas grill on the pool level. Inside, the home offers a bright, comfortable layout designed for easy island living. The main living level features an inviting open-concept living and dining area alongside a well appointed kitchen suited for everyday meals and vacation cooking. A king bedroom with ensuite bath is also located on this floor, along with a full laundry room and convenient half bath. For added privacy, a covered breezeway leads to a separate king primary suite with its own full bathroom, creating a peaceful retreat within the home. A stop on the third floor will bring you to a spacious king bedroom highlighted by plentiful windows and light, and a private covered balcony with views of the gulf. This floor also offers a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity and soaking tub. A fourth queen guest bedroom and rooftop deck finish out the top level. For additional sleeping arrangements, 2 twin size folding cots are provided. The Veranda on Jacaranda features everything you need for an amazing vacation on Anna Maria island including beach gear, beach cruisers, cable TV in every room and a highly sought after North end location just steps from the gulf and spectacular Bean Point. PET POLICY: We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing. 3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs per pet. Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted: Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. House needs some help. Exterior door handle fell off the first day, pool tv wouldn’t connect to system, ad said gourmet kitchen but no baking pans or basic needs for cooking a meal. Biggest concern was that the tiles around the pool are loose and not level so we kept tripping. House was minimally clean. If you are looking for a spacious home for a larger family, this is a great house. Having two teens and two under 10, everyone was able to spread out instead of feeling they were on top of each other. When we gathered, we spent most of our time on the patio. The kids spent hours in the heated pool and we enjoyed cocktails at the table in the shade. The large screened tv was fun too! A short walk to the beach was a huge bonus. We could split up when some wanted to stay at the pool knowing we were close in case they needed us. We always made sure to walk over there at sunset. Beds were pretty comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Be prepared to get your steps in with all the stairs. There was an elevator there, but never figured out how to work it and even if we did, we probably still wouldn’t have used it.We also seemed to run out of hot water quickly, which may be a bigger deal with more than one family in the house.Plan to do your grocery shopping on your way in, as beach traffic to grab necessities is a big pain!There was plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, but the paper towel was a small roll and ran out quickly. There IS a regular coffee maker and a keurig and tons of coffee filters, so just bring the coffee of your choice.We loved our stay here and would come again. ##### Kirk T. The house was clean and the layout provided two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one of which was a generously sized separate guesthouse with enough space for a rollaway bed if needed. The two rooms on the third floor shared a bathroom. We had a minor problem with the ice maker which was quickly and efficiently resolved. Our first time to AMI, and we loved it.
