Beautiful waterfront home located on the north end of Anna Maria Island. Located on North Shore Drive, approx 9 houses east of the Rod n Reel Pier and half a mile from the Historical City Pier. Anna Maria Island is a piece of old Florida. Perfect for family vacations, swimming, and watching the dolphins. 100 ft of private beach is all yours! Relax on the large back deck as you watch the waves and dolphins.

This waterfront property is an ideal location that is walking distance to restaurants, the Gulf beaches quaint ice cream shops and so much more. You can rent bikes, golf carts, and other essential island equipment nearby on Pine Ave.

Nice easy beach, perfect for little children. We enjoy the pine tree in the back which offers shade for those who are sun sensitive and yet still want to be part of the action. Please note that this house is not available for wedding receptions or other parties.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Perfect

The house looks newly renovated. Its beautiful and very comfortable. The view is unbeatable. FYI...there are no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys or a beach buggy (or Tupperware, salt/pepper /sugar ;). There are beach towels. I'd definitely come again ...but id make sure to get a golf cart rental secured...

Wonderful house on the water

Our family loves Anna Maria. We have been coming to the island for 10 years now. The first time was for our wedding with lots of family & this year to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary, again with our kids & grandkids. This was the perfect home for us. Everyone got a private bedroom of their own and three bathrooms were plenty. Two of the rooms offered king beds, one room with a double bed and a room with two twins. In the listing photos one of the rooms also had a futon that we intended to use for our grandson but it’s no longer in the home. We loved being able to walk right out our back door and onto the public beach. It’s advertised as a private beach but it is actually public with the public beach access immediately adjacent to the property. We were close to shopping, restaurants and bike rental facilities. We woke up early to watch the sunrise several mornings and this home provides the perfect view over the water. I do wish the industry would have the home a little more rental ready like a hotel: hand soap, dish soap, extra paper towels and extra TP but I understand that is not the industry standard. There are also a few things that need maintenance in the home; a broken blind, a torn curtain and the dryer vent needs rerouting. Overall we found this to be a wonderful place to stay for the week and would stay here, rent through Sato Real Estate, again.

Outside of House

The inside of the house was completely updated and the location could not have been better. The outside of the property was in terrible shape. Gutters broken, light fixture broken and banging against the house in the wind and plywood patches on side of garage.. If I had had a 360 view of the outside of the property I would not have rented.

Cozy beach house on the ocean

Beautiful location! Your own beach area, shady trees if you need to get out of direct sun, patio/deck area to enjoy meals outside or watch a sunrise. A hidden gem! Quick response when we had a question.

Love the place.

Very nice located on the beach. Not knowing the area we thought it was on the gulf, it was on the bay with a beautiful view. House needs some TLC but it was clean and slept 8 comfortably.

Hidden Gem

This property is the rough in the diamond. I mean this very positively. The place was clean with plenty of beach chairs, patio seating, a grill, and beach toys. Not fancy or pretentious. Everything worked as advertised. Compare this gem to higher-priced places to get a true measure of its value. We would return.

The home and experience was superb. I only would advise that if it’s a busy holiday weekend, you have to be a security guard for the property, as there is a public section where people were intruding on our area all weekend. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no garbage bags. Otherwise the place was great.

The area is beautiful. The beach was just outside the doorwall. The property is very dated though. It could have been cleaner. Make sure to stop and get paper towels/toilet paper/essentials. We chose this property because it was all one floor (we brought our Moms and Aunt, all 80 years old.
