This North end home offers a prime location just steps from Pine Avenue. Indulge in delightful lunches at the nearby restaurants and explore the boutiques only a short stroll away. This two-story home features a large living room, dining area and plenty of outdoor seating. Take the stairs up to the first-floor main level with a spacious open floor plan that features the living and dining area with a screened in balcony located off the dining area with table ...and bench sitting. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, offers ample counter space and plenty of storage for all your vacation snacks. Grab your coffee and step outside onto the kitchen balcony to start your day in paradise! Included on the first floor is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and full bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the second floor there is the primary bedroom with a large screen TV and ensuite bathroom which features a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The bedroom has access to two screened in balconies surrounded by tropical foliage. The third guest bedroom is located on this second floor and has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. There is a screened in lanai off this bedroom to retreat or enjoy a night cap. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main living area next to the bathroom. The ground floor consists of two garage and storage area which are for owner use only. One of the screened in balconies is off the dining area with a large outdoor table and plenty of seating to enjoy your evening meal. There are two ways to enter the pool area from the front door and back staircase off the kitchen. The pool can be heated and there is plenty of seating with outdoor sun loungers and seating areas to soak up the Florida sun. There is a small, covered area with additional seating. From the pool enter the side gate to a secondary outdoor yard which features the gas grill and large dining area to enjoy those balmy evenings. There is also a beach cart, beach umbrella and beach chairs. Upon your return from the beach rise off in the outdoor shower before taking a float around the pool! Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. There are four parking spaces in the driveway. Garages are for owner use only. This property is protected by video surveillance in the front parking area. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The only reason everything was not 5 star is that the property needs some updates such as…painting, new carpet. I would also recommend the pool being cleaned on the first day, scheduled day is Monday so we were not able to use it on the weekend. But the unit was very clean! ##### Michelle K.
