Just a short 3-block stroll to the stunning Anna Maria Island Beach, Bayfront Park, and the charming shops and restaurants along Pine Avenue, this exquisite property offers the ultimate island getaway. Experience luxury and comfort in one of two custom-designed villas by the renowned island architect, Gene Aubry.  
  
These beautiful duplex villas share a heated pool and a spacious backyard deck, but each has its own private entrance, driveway, and outdoor areas for you to enjoy. The design combines laid-back elegance with a welcoming atmosphere, providing the perfect setting for family vacations or group getaways. It’s everything you’ve been looking for in an authentic Anna Maria Island experience.  
  
The layout features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all located on the second level, with stairs leading up to the living areas. The master suite includes a king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom offers a cozy full-size bed, and the kids' room has two sets of bunk beds. The second bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.  
  
The open-concept kitchen, with a large central island, flows seamlessly into the primary living area. Step outside to the partially enclosed, private covered lanai, which overlooks the pool area below – the perfect spot for relaxation and taking in the serene surroundings.
