The home has a private beach right in the backyard. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck has expansive views of the bay and the skyway bridge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v.. The Master Suite has direct access to the waterfront deck as does the great room. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also. Barbecue on the waterfront deck while the sun sets. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon. ##### Toni S.
