This charming canal-front home blends the breezy elegance of Old Florida with modern conveniences, making it the perfect spot for your next vacation.  
  
Bring the whole family – and your boat, too! With direct dock access and a serene waterfront view, Coconut Tree offers a true boater’s paradise. Spend your days lounging by the private heated pool or cooking up a feast on the gas grill. The screened lanai provides a bug-free haven for relaxation, whether you’re savoring your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset dinner.  
  
Located at the coveted north end of Anna Maria Island, you’re just steps away from the area’s best beaches, shops, and dining. Take a leisurely two-block stroll to the water or hop on the free trolley to explore the island with ease. Be sure to visit Pine Avenue, where you’ll find charming boutiques, delicious restaurants, and plenty of local flair to soak up the island vibe.  
  
Inside, you’ll find flatscreen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, ensuring everyone stays entertained. With free WiFi, a private washer and dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen (including a dishwasher for easy cleanup), Coconut Tree has all the amenities to make your stay stress-free. There's parking for three vehicles, including a convenient garage spot.  
  
PETS: Please note this property is NOT pet friendly.   
  
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.  
  
DOCK/BOATS: There is approximately 16ft of available dock space to tie up a boat. There is access to Bimini Bay via the canal. \*\*Please note that the boat lift and any motorized watercraft are not available for guest use\*\*

At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary.  
  
\*\*\*OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES\*\*\*  
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
