The spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the perfect space for playing games, enjoying a group dinner, or relaxing and watching a movie! The large kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. A large balcony is situated off of the living room creating the perfect space to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The Funky Beach Farmhouse has a colorful bar downstairs right off the pool area. Open up the sliding doors to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space. The pool receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day to ensure you return home with a beautiful Florida glow! The elevator creates easy access to all levels of the house! The quick 1 minute walk to the beach makes for easy to stop back home for a quick lunch before returning back to the white fluffy sand and crystal clear water! Pine Avenue is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Here you can enjoy shopping at the cute boutiques or find a great place to get a bite to eat!
