You will enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your two balconies. The house has a charming, cottage-style decor with an open floor plan. The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house. All the charms of an older home well remodeled, solid wood doors, well insulated walls, so you don’t hear anything in the house when you are in your bed. 2 of the 4 bedrooms have amazing views. My 13 year old loved being on the bottom level with direct access to outside and his own bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Lots of glasses. Could use some more plastic cups for beach. Bikes are great and lots of beach stuff in garage. Highly recommend. The only con is the house is on the public beach access. The home was so inviting, warm and comfortable! We had front row seats to the most AMAZING sunsets EVERY evening! The weather was not as warm and friendly as we had hoped but being right on the beach gave us every opportunity to grab some beach time whenever possible!
