Go in the morning while the tide is out so you can go into the cave.
This was really cool but it is I would not recommend the cave for elderly people. Can be hard to walk on the stones but it is pretty fascinating if you can go in. We had a huge wave come into the cave when we were swimming so don’t go too close to the opening!
Definitely a highlight of our trip. The cave provided astonishing views and the sea anemones were neat. If I went back it would not be during the rainy season as these creatures are very sensitive to the saline content in the water. As there is more rain, the water turns brackish and they die off.
