Kanga Beach House offers the ideal coastal retreat, just moments from the Anglesea golf course, accommodating up to six guests. This charming single-storey home features three welcoming bedrooms: a spacious king with an en-suite, a queen room, and a room with two single beds. The master bedroom is equipped with built-in robes and ceiling fans for added comfort.  
  
As you step into Kanga Beach House, you’ll immediately sense the relaxed atmosphere that flows throughout the home, enhanced by serene bushland views from every window. The open-plan living area invites relaxation, featuring a comfortable lounge, ample seating, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, while the sea breeze keeps the room cool and fresh, offering glimpses of the surrounding bushland for a tranquil ambiance.  
  
Outside, enjoy the private pool   
(SPA NOT IN USE), or dine al fresco on the deck with a BBQ. The delightful, fully equipped outdoor shower near the pool is perfect for rinsing off after a swim or enjoying an outdoor refresh. With two spacious decks and a fully enclosed yard, there’s plenty of room to relax and soak in the refreshing sea breeze. The property is air-conditioned with a split system and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. Off-street parking for two cars adds further convenience.  
  
Located close to the Anglesea Golf Course, Kanga Beach House is perfect for golf enthusiasts. The beach is also just a short walk (20 min) away, offering opportunities for swimming and surfing. Please note that the property is not pet-friendly, ensuring a peaceful environment for families and small groups. With essential safety features, including smoke alarms and a pool certificate, Kanga Beach House promises a secure and enjoyable stay in a serene coastal location.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
