Located in a premium position, with everything you could wish for, right on your doorstep. The Anglesea River is at the end of the street for water activities, cafes & restaurants are walking distance for ease of dining out. The main village for shopping and amenities so close, you won’t have to worry about the struggle of a car park in the height of summer. Everything in this superb home has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your holiday needs are met.  
  
The beautiful ocean and world class beaches are only a short stroll away. Main beach is the heart of Anglesea and great for surfing and swimming, excellent for families. There is easy access to the recently renovated surf club with restaurant and café.  
  
Entry level hosts 2 bedrooms with queen beds, central bathroom & laundry. At the end of the hallway a warm and sun-soaked living room with lounges and TV. There are glass doors opening up to the large north facing backyard with alfresco entertaining zone, including BBQ and under cover pergola for long lunches and relaxing evenings.  
  
Upstairs hosts the master bedroom with walk in robe, large bathroom. The large well-equipped kitchen is connected to the inviting dining and living room. This is a lovely open zone and great place to enjoy the company of your family and friends.
